How to add a new hatch?

1. In the upper right corner click the + button

2. Name the hatch

3. Click chicks or incubator

● Incubator is for eggs

4. Enter incubation period (20, 21, 22 days)

5. Enter hatching period (1, 2, 3 days)

How to add daily data to a hatch?

1. Click on the hatch you want to add data too

2. In the upper right hand corner click the + button

3. Enter in data in all fields

4. If you don’t track something enter zero

5. Click save

6. If you do not enter data in all the fields then you will get an error message

I’ve added the daily data why won’t it save?

1. If you do not enter data in all the fields then you will get an error message

2. Click the back button and you will see your data entry logged

How to add daily data to a set of eggs?

When will the app say my eggs hatch?

1. When you entered in the incubation period you selected a number of days

2. If you chose 21 days for the incubation period, on day 21 the app will start the hatching process

Do I have to manually enter in how many chicks hatched?

1. No! The app will automatically convert your hatch rate into a new batch of chicks once the hatching period is complete

● If you have a 3 days hatching period on day 3 a new batch of chicks will appear

How do I add a reservation?

1. From the Menu, click Reserve

2. In the upper right hand corner click the + button

3. Click “Ok” when the Add Order Now screen pops up

4. Click which hatch your birds will be sold from

5. Enter the birds needed for this sale, the number above “Birds Needed” is how many birds are available from this Hatch

6. Click Save

7. Enter in the Client details

8. If it is a repeat client (reoccurring client?) click the icon to the right of Client Info and it will and it will autofill in the client’s data

9. Enter when the client will pick up the birds and any notes you may need

● Pickup date in reservations still has incorrect date format (In app)

10. Click save

How do I edit a reservation

1. From the main menu, click reservations

2. A list of your reservations will appear

3. Click on the reservation you would like to edit

4. Click the graphic to the right of client info and you can edit whatever you need

5. Click save

How do I check a reservation

1. From main menu, click reservations

2. This will bring up your reservations by name with the amount of birds ordered and pickup date

What if I forgot my password?

1. Hit forgot password on the login screen

2. HatchTracker will send you a code to reset your password

3. Be sure to check your spam box

How do I change my credit card on file?

1. From Client Portal Main menu, select profile

2. Enter new credit card information

How do I change my billing address?

1. From Client Portal Main menu, select profile

2. Enter new billing information information

How does the billing work?

1. After your 30 day free trial you will be billed on the third of every month.

What if my free trial ends in the middle of the month?

You will be billed one time for a prorated amount; following your prorated payment, you will be billed on the third of every month.

How long will my data be stored?

On the app you will choose your rollover date. The app keeps the current year’s data while the client portal keeps historical data.

Do I need to sign a long term contract?

No! There is no long term contract, but all account owners must sign a user agreement acknowledging the terms and conditions.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time. You will have access to your data until the end of your billing cycle. Plans will not be prorated if you choose to cancel during the month.

I have employees, can they use the app too?

Yes! You as the account owner will have complete control and your employees will have limited access.
